The Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Associate will be responsible for sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and building relationships with property owners and brokers.

Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (200+ calls daily minimum) to property owners, brokers, and other market participants to source off-market acquisition opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry contacts to create a robust pipeline of potential deals
Conduct preliminary financial analysis on potential acquisitions including underwriting cash flows, evaluating returns, and identifying value-add opportunities
Coordinate and conduct site visits to evaluate properties firsthand, assess physical condition, and verify key assumptions
Prepare and present offers on qualified opportunities, negotiate terms, and shepherd deals through the early acquisition process
Stay informed on market trends, comparable sales, and investment activity in target markets across the United States
Maintain detailed records of all outreach, conversations, and deal pipeline activity
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated individuals who are energized by the grind and motivated by uncapped earning potential
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection; persistence and resilience are essential
Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly assess deal economics
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
Ownership mentality with desire to learn the commercial real estate business from the ground up
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve your approach
Preferred
Background or education in real estate, finance, business, or related field
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development
Familiarity with commercial real estate underwriting and investment analysis
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
