Responsibilities

Oversee all assigned Adult Residential programs with a focus on the direct care staff who provide for the daily needs of our adult individuals

Play a key role in recruiting, selecting, developing the skills of, and on-going supervision of the program coordinators and direct care staff within the division

Collaborate effectively within adult services and other departments to deliver optimal service

Assess the operation and needs of the programs to provide both clinical and administrative quality assurance consistent with the agency’s policies, standards, and philosophy of services

Provide input into, and manage the division’s annual budget, planning for the proper use of physical and financial assets assigned to the division

Required

Bachelor's degree in human services or an otherwise applicable field

Minimum of 2 years' experience with administrative and supervisory duties

Two years of experience directly related to the essential functions of the job, and beyond the minimum experience requirement, can substitute for every one year of required education

Must be able to complete required background checks and required training
