Responsibilities

Owning Legal searches end-to-end from intake to close
Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top-tier Legal candidates
Managing candidate relationships with discretion and professionalism
Running a clean, accountable recruiting process (no spray-and-pray)
Delivering high-quality submissions that move fast

Required

Have proven Legal recruiting experience (agency or independent)
Understand how Legal hiring actually works (law firm vs. in-house dynamics)
Know how to assess pedigree, practice area depth, and deal with exposure
Are comfortable running searches independently without hand-holding
Communicate clearly with candidates and clients, babysitting required
Use modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, outreach tech, etc.)
