Program Coordinator I - Pediatrics Cardiology
Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Program Coordinator I for their Pediatrics Cardiology department. The role involves providing operational coordination and administrative support to the Pediatric Electrophysiology program, including patient scheduling and communication with providers.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational coordination to the Pediatric Electrophysiology program
Assist with program logistics, including patient and procedure scheduling, prior authorization, and care coordination
Assist with program communications, such as communicating with referring providers on referral status
Manage special events for program/project
Provide administrative support for program such as calendar management, meeting organization and check requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
