Responsibilities
Initiate design and production of drawings
Lead client and consultant meetings/presentations and provide solutions
Increase knowledge regarding building codes, ADA, Life Safety Codes, and technical drawings
Adhere to client specifications and design standards
Manage budgets, schedules and client expectations
Adapt in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture
8-10 years of professional experience in commercial architecture
Proficient in Revit
Proven track record managing projects from concept through construction
Knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign
Have a full understanding of building codes and industry best practices
Ability to create construction documents and specifications with little to no supervision
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred
Experience in corporate, adaptive reuse, and industrial project types is desirable
