Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and provide technical expertise on cloud cluster computing techniques and technologies
Select appropriate cloud IaC/IaaS services to design, deploy, and host mission applications based on given requirements
Deploy manage, operate, and debug cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
Manage cloud/system infrastructure and any process related to these systems
Provide support for development in or transition to the cloud, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Create functional design specifications, architectures, and render support with other cloud project deliverables
Implement Agile process, principles and practices across the cross-functional development/O&M teams
Qualification
Required
Cloud Platform Proficiency: Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Networking and Security: Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving cloud-related issues
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with development and operations teams
Preferred
Automation and Scripting: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automating tasks
Database Experience: Understanding of database technologies and their application in cloud environments
Programming: Proficiency in relevant programming languages for building and deploying applications
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends
