Qualification
Required
7-10 years' experience in marketing within a national or global organization, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Diploma or undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or a related field
Demonstrable success in activating multi-channel marketing programs, with emphasis on digital and social, and leveraging metrics for analysis
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proven project management skills, with the ability to secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders
Ability to understand complex/technical matters and translate them into client-relevant marketing activities
Experience identifying key industry and client information (trends, issues, data, opportunities) and presenting marketing perspectives to meet strategic goals
Digital-first strategic thinker with experience in content creation, storytelling, digital media, social media best practices, and search
Collaborative team player with experience in a matrixed environment
Growth mindset, strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in analyzing and drawing insights from external research and business data
This position requires written and oral fluency in English
