Responsibilities

Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process
Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depos and mediations — and help us walk into trial with confidence
File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently
Ensure every detail is dialed in — because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise

Qualification

Personal injury experienceWashington car insurance lawsExceptional communication skillsAttention to detailTeam player

Required

Proven personal injury experience — if you've been a PI paralegal or a former bodily injury adjuster, you'll hit the ground running
A solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws
Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel
Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment
