They are seeking a Power BI Developer to join their Business Intelligence team to create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, while also engaging in requirements gathering and technical documentation.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and implement Power BI dashboards and reports for SAP and Non-SAP source systems
Participate in business requirements gatherings
Prepare technical documents
Perform gap analysis
Design the front-end objects to facilitate custom reporting and data analytics solutions
Provide support and maintenance of all components
Troubleshoot and debug data issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in Power BI developing visual dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports utilizing Power View, Power Map and Power Pivot
Consume data from Azure Analysis Services, Azure SQL database, SQL Server and other sources to create custom reports
Design complex data intensive formatted reports utilizing various functions in Power BI
Write complex DAX functions in Power BI and Power Pivot
Create row level security on data models
Published paginated reports in Workspaces
Coding experience in SQL/Python
Deploy objects in Power BI Desktop, Power Automate, Web Clients and Mobile Applications
Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics pipelines, and Databricks Notebooks
Debug data issues and maintain performance. Work on projects and provide support
2+ years proven experience in Business Intelligence environment, including technical documentation / functionality
Knowledge of relational database structure and functionality
Proven analytical and problem solving ability, time management and prioritization skills
Understanding of reporting tools such as Business Objects suite of products (Web Intelligence, Dashboards-Xcelsius or Design Studio) or similar BI tools
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL or equivalent
Continuous learning mindset
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
Must live in Cleveland metro area. We are unable to provide relocation expenses
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred
Knowledge of ML, AI and Predictive Analytics
Familiarity with BusinessObjects, SAP BW and BODS
Exposure to SAP ECC, Prophet 21 and JIRA
