Responsibilities
Coordinate daily schedule with Field Service Advisor
Provide excellent customer service at the site
Inspect the levelers, locks and doors
Note and propose additional services required after inspection
Work with vendors and CSS to prepare and close proposals
Repair all work order requests
Install dock levelers, locks and doors
Quality control of each job to ensure completeness
Work independently as well as in a team
Communicate with customer and contractor status of project
Represent Shoppa’s with a courteous professional manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
5+ years' experience working with Industrial Dock and Door required
Clean driving record
Welding experience required
Basic MS Office and general computer experience
Good communication skills and great attitude
Must be punctual and dependable
Work well with internal and external customers as well as vendors
Mechanical aptitude
Customer service oriented
