Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Associate Vice President to join our franchise commercial team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader franchise and commercial teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company via our continued buildout of solutions to drive franchise performance, primarily focused on the franchise Essentials hotels.

Qualification

Required

5-7+ years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category
Experience in limited/select service spaces

Bachelor's degree preferred
Team leadership
Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment
