Albelissa Engineering, IT & Digital Solutions is seeking a strategic and tactical international freelance recruiter for EU projects. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for technical profiles, ensuring a steady flow of candidates, and improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

Recruitment, independent sourcing and headhunting for technical profiles (i.e. engineers and niche talent)
Managing autonomously the full cycle of recruitment until handoff to HR for onboarding
Fill target of 4 to 5 candidates per month with a workload of 12-15 open concurrent positions
Tool expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Outlook Calendar, video interviewing and ATS software
Improving and developing existing/new processes to scale exponentially, including but not limited to applications, sourcing, scheduling, phone screens, in-person interviews, and handoff to onboarding team

Required

5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least two years of RPO experience
LinkedIn and standard industry ATS knowledge
Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent
Successfully run strategic recruiting projects that enable the team to hit their hiring goals
Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecast and recruiting capacity
Relationship building with hiring managers
Fluency in English. All work will be conducted in English
Working during Western European business hrs
5+ yrs technical recruiting exp
2 yrs of RPO experience
LinkedIn and ATS proficiency
Fluency in English & German

Preferred

Technical background is an advantage
German language familiarity
