Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements to ensure alignment with business goals

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks for the development team

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support throughout the development lifecycle

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless integration of product features and alignment with broader business strategies

Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards

Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of product features

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement

Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback and insights, incorporating their needs and preferences into the product development process

Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and innovation

Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the development team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
