Responsibilities

Organizes the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
Key participant in visits to current and potential clients
Collaborates with performing routine account management activities
Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service
Lead the direct sales process to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies using market insights and available marketing programs
Identify and map decision-making units within customer organizations to accelerate growth initiatives
Serve as the primary contact for all commercial and account management topics
Coordinate cross-functional engagement to deliver superior customer experience and meet scorecard objectives
Ensure customers receive high-quality service and maintain top supplier ratings
Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities with a high success rate
Lead complex sales cycles for products requiring DVP&R processes
Negotiate effectively and influence key decision-makers to secure strategic wins

Required

A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
