Responsibilities
Develop and maintain schematic and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
Design, analyze, and troubleshoot digital and mixed-signal circuits
Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies
Support prototype builds, test documentation, and design reviews
Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless system integration
Participate in product testing, verification, and continuous improvement activities
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in electronic design and testing
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
Proficiency with Altium Designer (schematic capture and PCB layout)
Strong understanding of digital logic, signal integrity, and circuit fundamentals
Proficient with standard lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, etc.)
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
8+ years of experience in electronic design and testing
Experience with embedded firmware development
Familiarity with VHDL and Xilinx FPGA design tools
Basic understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software integration
