TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern for their Global CRM team starting in 2026. The intern will be responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing, enhancing commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through intelligent marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Work on cackend development of ByteDance's proprietary CRM platform

Turn ByteDance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry

Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions

Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions

Qualification

JavaSpring BootMicroservice frameworksRelational databasesComputer science degree

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields

Preferred

Experience with Java is preferred

Experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred
