Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair trailers of all makes and models
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete brake jobs, lighting repairs, air system troubleshooting, and body repairs (side panels, doors, roofs, flooring, etc.)
Conduct structural and cosmetic trailer body repairs including welding, panel replacement, and alignment
Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with service team to ensure on-time completion of work orders

Qualification

Trailer repair experienceAir brake systems knowledgeWelding/fabrication experienceElectrical systems knowledgeTeam-focused attitude

Required

Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of trailer systems—brakes, suspension, air, electrical, bodywork, and liftgates
Strong knowledge of air brake systems, ABS, suspension, electrical, and trailer body structures
Own your own tools and a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

3+ years trailer repair experience (fleet or dealership preferred)
Welding/fabrication experience highly preferred
CDL is a plus, but not required
