New Grad, Entry LevelEarth Smart Environmental Solutions, LLC (ES2) is recruiting an Onsite RMW/Medical Sharps technician in the Cleveland, OH area. In this role, you will manage and perform a sharps medical waste container exchange system, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and perform a sharps medical waste container exchange system
Order, distribute, handle, collect, and change out all sharp related waste streams containers in strict accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations
Gown up, check in, discreetly enter and move about the various locations within the medical centers
Check, collect, and replace all containers to avoid overfilling on a regularly scheduled basis in every room and crash cart equipped with a sharps container
Other duties as assigned by Onsite Supervisor and/or RMW-Sharps Division Manager
Qualification
Required
Individual must have good communication skills, be a team player, multi-task with a good work ethic, and be customer sensitive and friendly
Ability to walk and stand for long periods in order to service facility
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Possess a diligent attention to safety
Must pass a background check and drug testing
