Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional programs from inception to completion. Drive alignment, coordinate dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and key milestones. Manage resources, anticipate and mitigate risks, and drive projects to completion
Identify opportunities to optimize development, quality, and performance
Establish key indicators and metrics, collect and analyze data, and use insights to inform decision making and continuous improvement
Build relationships with stakeholders across engineering teams, product management, and other functions. Communicate, influence decisions, and manage expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience managing infrastructure software programs
Experience shipping open source software

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience developing generative AI agents
Experience with one source code management system (e.g., Git, Perforce, etc.)
