Responsibilities

Partner with BD and Project Management teams to coordinate outreach and follow-up

Research potential clients, projects, and market trends to identify new opportunities

Support proposals and presentations with the Marketing Team

Manage contact data, leads, and activities in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and sub-consultants

Participate in community and industry events to promote Bohler’s services

Support pursuit strategies through research and internal coordination

Stay current on regional development activity and industry trends

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED required

5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations, with AEC experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

CRM experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
