Design and execute branch-level growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid-level team members, cultivating future leaders for Bohler

Oversee quality assurance practices and operational workflows to ensure consistent, high-impact project delivery

Drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm’s presence in the local market

Manage branch financial performance, operations, and resource planning

Foster an inclusive, results-driven culture rooted in The Bohler Way

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience)

15+ years of land development and permitting experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving key performance metrics

Proven client development expertise and local industry connections

Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational leadership skills

Preferred

Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred
