Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and university presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations

Source college and early-career talent through recruiting channels and professional networks

Oversee the internship program lifecycle, onboarding, events, check-ins, and exit interviews

Communicate with students and hiring managers to ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience

Track competitive intern trends, conversion rates, and key metrics to inform strategy

Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to evolve Bohler’s university relations strategy

Represent Bohler’s culture and brand through every interaction with students and on campus

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early-talent programs

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with recruiting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability and willingness to travel extensively during peak campus recruiting seasons

Creative, proactive, and organized approach to event planning and problem-solving
