Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects

Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability

Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums

Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success

Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence

Champion business development efforts to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Current authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license
