Responsibilities
Learn AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, applying Bohler’s CAD standards to produce plan sets
Modify conceptual plans through full construction documents under engineering guidance
Create and revise detail sheets, secondary plans, and project layouts
Review your own drawings for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting or design issues
Assist with document organization, plan formatting, and digital file management
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or technical certificate in computer-aided design (or equivalent experience)
0–1+ years of AutoCAD experience
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
Desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
Preferred
Civil 3D exposure preferred
