Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

Provide technical leadership and mentorship; guide architecture, design, and code quality decisions

Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and processes

Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies

Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and report status to the VP of Engineering

Support production deployments and post-release issue resolution

Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to increase test coverage, efficiency, and reliability

Required

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
