Frontera Starter Fellowship (CO)

Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve. They are seeking entrepreneurial clinicians to participate in the Starter Fellowship, which provides resources and support to build independent ABA clinics.

Responsibilities

Spend ~20 hours per week (minimum) building your clinic: training sessions, mentoring calls, business setup, planning and execution
Engage in weekly group sessions and one-on-one coaching
Utilize the Frontera platform and integrate AI-powered solutions into your clinic's workflows
Collaborate and learn alongside other fellows in the cohort
Launch your independent ABA practice and work actively to grow service access to children with autism

Qualification

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Supervising BCBAsRBTsEntrepreneurial mindsetPassion for ABA care

Required

3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
1+ years of experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about building a business from the ground up
Passion for delivering high-quality ABA care and expanding behavioral health access
