The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and customer service to ensure the upkeep of residential units and facilities.

Responsibilities
Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
HVAC Certification is a big plus!
Making ready units for new occupancy
Maintaining units of current residents
Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
A great customer service personality and work ethic
Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community
Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required
Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English

previous RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
