Responsibilities

Leads development of Aquaphor’s HBL Marketing Plan to achieve top line sales, profit and market share
Responsible for representing the brand in the S&OP process and partnering with Supply on brand forecasts and R&O assessment
Scopes and sizes new launches, ensuring stakeholders alignment, assessing financial viability and supports Gate process submission
Responsible for brand and competitive insights and performance analysis to inform brand strategies and tactics
Management and quarterly monitoring to stay on track
Collaborates with IAT on development of agency briefs for full funnel media planning
Influences with a focus on culture. The Brand Manager is plugged into what’s trending, knows where the conversation is happening with our target consumer’s evolving skincare routines
Be able to translate those insights into refined plans and new consumer targets
Partners with Commercial to infuse compelling storytelling into sell in programs, NPD launches and line reviews
Partners with Medical marketing team to drive Dermatologists recommendations

Required

BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus)
Minimum 5+ years marketing/brand management experience
Experience in beauty, skincare or personal care categories a plus
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to provide analytical insights, develop and implement marketing programs
Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives
Must be results-oriented, self-starter, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others
Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate
Creative thinking and flexibility - ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary
Experience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI/Circana, SAP experience extremely helpful

Digital and e-commerce experience is preferred
