Responsibilities
Assist in managing event logistics for assigned events or conferences
Acquire knowledge of tradeshow event processes and the behind-the-scenes steps required to execute a successful event
Provide support in technology preparation for exhibits, including firmware updates and baseline product configurations
Prepare and maintain event materials related to assigned events
Organize event feedback and suggestions for future improvements
Coordinate event registration and show services to ensure a seamless staff experience throughout the event
Qualification
Required
A technology enthusiast with a strong desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility and adaptability in reevaluating priorities as needed
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree or related field (in progress)
0-1 years of event coordinating or technical experience
0-1 years customer service experience
Employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs
