Responsibilities
Build & Ship: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features end-to-end, using direct customer feedback to guide priorities
Shape the Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and prioritize work that drives measurable customer value
Prototype & Iterate: Balance speed and scalability by experimenting, testing, and validating approaches quickly
Own Your Work: Take responsibility for features from conception to delivery while collaborating with peers in a high-functioning, supportive team
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer
Strong experience with TypeScript and React
Comfortable working in a Python-based stack
Proven track record of owning, building, and delivering product features at a startup (ideally Seed to Series B stage)
Independent, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Customer-focused mindset, driven by delivering value and impact
Preferred
Prior experience at a high-growth startup with <30 employees
Founding experience or significant ownership of product features
Background in ML/LLM or demonstrated interest in applied machine learning
Computer Science degree (or equivalent practical experience)
