Responsibilities
Driving complex end-to-end program deliveries across networking and security landscapes
Managing multiple streams with direct project manager reports, providing executive dashboards and reports
Coordinating teams across engineering, architecture, security, and operations
Developing migration and implementation plans with clear documentation
Acting as the central point of contact for the customer and third-party stakeholders
Proactively managing risks, issues, and change controls
Leading Security and Network Teams daily, ensuring progress according to the plan
Qualification
Required
25+ years in IT
15+ years of project/service management
3+ years in program management
Bachelor's degree
Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2)
Led large transformation programs and technical teams across global time zones
Deep understanding of testing strategies, change control, and acceptance criteria
Communicates confidently with C-level stakeholders—even in high-stress situations
Thinks fast, solves creatively, and adapts quickly to changing needs
Speaks and writes fluent English
Fluency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Preferred
ITIL Foundation v3 certification
Experience in global security deployment or managing UC, managed services, or mobility solutions
Background in service delivery for enterprise environments
