Responsibilities

Underwrite senior and subordinate debt investments across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and other asset classes

Build and manage detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses

Assist in reviewing deal structures, loan terms, budgets, and third-party reports

Participate in site visits, borrower meetings, and construction progress evaluations

Prepare investment memos and materials for internal credit committee

Support asset management activities including draw reviews, covenant monitoring, and performance tracking

Conduct market research and assist in portfolio analytics as needed
