Responsibilities
Define and drive the vision and strategy for your pillar, from long-term roadmap to near-term priorities
Partner with design, engineering, and research to bring AI-powered agents and frameworks to life
Engage deeply with customers and partners to shape product direction and validate impact
Establish and track key outcomes that measure customer success and product adoption, not just features shipped
Represent your pillar across the org — aligning leaders, influencing investments, and telling the product story
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
3+ years experience working on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms
3+ years experience with Azure Portal or similar cloud management interfaces (e.g. AWS, GCP, Vercel, Supabase)
Track record of owning a strategic product area from vision through execution
Ability to work across disciplines and drive alignment at scale
Strong storytelling skills — able to craft a compelling narrative for both executives and engineers
Data-informed decision maker who balances analytics with customer empathy
Experience with cloud platforms, developer ecosystems, or AI-powered products
Familiarity with building or managing extensibility models (APIs, SDKs, plugins, etc.)
Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs, or intelligent assistance features
