Responsibilities
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups
Qualification
Required
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular fields
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to multi-task
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Required certification in A+, with additional certification required in at least one of the following: Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP
Must be able to travel to our offices within and outside of DFW Metroplex
An Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years of experience in the IT or related field
1-4 years of IT, or related field, experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient technical (computer) skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Self-motivated with initiative
Strong sense of ethics
Ability to travel to office locations
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds including carrying this amount of weight up flights of stairs
Preferred
Basic understanding of VMWare
