In this senior, customer-facing role, you’ll guide organizations in building intelligent, extensible solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365 data.

Responsibilities
Lead customers through the design and architecture of Copilot solutions, ranging from task-based copilots to fully autonomous multi-agent systems
Guide the extension and customization of Copilot using plugins, custom connectors, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
Conduct technical workshops, demos, and design sessions to define Copilot adoption strategies aligned to enterprise goals
Provide best-practice guidance for integrating organizational data and workflows into Copilot-powered apps across Microsoft 365
Advise on governance, security, and AI readiness, ensuring Copilot adoption aligns with Microsoft and customer policies
Support customer change management strategies, helping enterprise stakeholders lead Copilot adoption, training, and solution scaling
Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and partners to align architecture, extensibility, and delivery roadmaps
Qualification
Required
10+ of overall IT experience
7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure cloud development, with recent focus on Copilot or AI-powered solutions
Proven experience with Copilot Studio, plugin design, or integration of organizational data into AI workflows
Understanding of agentic AI patterns and how they translate to business use cases
Ability to advise on low-code and pro-code extensibility across Power Platform and Azure
Strong customer engagement skills with a passion for helping enterprises adopt, govern, and scale responsible AI
