Responsibilities
Offer legal guidance on corporate matters, including governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
Ensure adherence to state and federal laws, including securities regulations
Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage communications effectively
Provide training and mentorship to entry level staff and company employees
Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base
Attend corporate meetings and contribute to team discussions and strategic planning
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documentation and processes
Manage workloads in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Qualification
Required
10+ YOE in Corporate Law (law firm or in house)
Experience with Corporate Governance, Securities, M& A, and other General Business matters
Active WA license in good standing
