Research Manager
Seattle Children's is one of the nation's top five pediatric research centers dedicated to providing hope, care, and cures for children. The Research Manager will work closely with the Research Institute leadership to establish management systems and develop strategies for scientific programs, ensuring integration of projects within a program strategy framework and supporting funding opportunities.

Responsibilities
Works closely with the Research Institute leadership to establish management systems and develop strategies that will benefit the institutes' scientific programs
Acts as a strategic partner, working closely with the Institute's leadership team and program directors to ensure integration of projects within a program strategy framework
Supports activities needed to secure funding opportunities and monitor progress towards Institute and programmatic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Minimum five (5) years of research-related experience including at least two (2) years of project/program management
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience
Proven success managing and integrating multiple projects across an organization
Experience in grant writing
Preferred
Master's degree in a related scientific discipline
