Responsibilities
Product SME for the Commercial team focused on our GLP-1 product line
Focus on new product introduction and be accountable for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating live and on-demand training for our new product introductions
Ensure product and clinical level competency across the our Product Specialists and Commercial organization through coaching and certifications
Support the Commercial team with a unified content management, live support, and communication strategy
Proactively partner with Commercial and Clinical leaders to identify knowledge gaps and work on initiatives to address them
Represent the Voice of the Field and serve as consult for messaging and competitive selling
Serve as subject matter expert to drive updates to our selling tools such as the business case and demo
Partner with RevOps to develop strategies and build plays for pipeline creation
Design repeatable launch playbook for new product introductions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or customer facing function
Digital Health and/or Pharma industry experience - Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including payers, PBMs, and employer channels with specific expertise in cardiometabolic conditions
Familiarity with GLP-1 therapeutics, market dynamics, and industry trends is a bonus
Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to design engaging learning experiences
Demonstrated success facilitating training and skill assessment for a variety of audiences
Ability to organize and lead projects keeping multiple stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Open minded, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that can create and follow processes in a complex, ambiguous environment
Lifelong learner that is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn new skills and tackle complex challenges
