Required

Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking)

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis

Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas

Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Good communication skills

Customer service experience

Preferred

A+ and/or Network+ certified is a plus

Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 25% of the time
