Responsibilities
Lead & develop a 50‑person crew: hire, train, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team
Run daily operations: oversee inbound/outbound logistics, labeling, picking, packing, and staging for seamless truck loading
Maintain inventory excellence: conduct regular audits, manage stock levels, and implement loss‑prevention controls
Ensure safety & compliance: enforce safe‑work practices, HAZMAT protocols, DOT regulations, and equipment maintenance
Drive continuous improvement: set KPIs, meet/exceed SLAs, and champion the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collaborate cross‑functionally with store teams, the National Distribution Manager, and fleet supervisors to keep deliveries on time
Qualification
Required
3+ years retail warehouse management experience
3+ years of supervisory/warehouse-management experience (automotive parts or tire background a plus)
Proven track record with Motive, Paycom, Cintas, or similar inventory/WMS platforms
Strong MS Office skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—who can partner with store teams and senior leadership
Physically capable of lifting up to 100lb and working at heights
Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
Valid manual-vehicle driver's license
