Responsibilities
Design and develop software components that power Auger’s cutting-edge supply chain solutions
Work on real-time data pipelines, APIs, or AI-powered tools to deliver innovative features for our customers
Solve complex technical challenges in scalability, performance, and data integration
Dive into tough problems, like optimizing logistics algorithms or improving the responsiveness of our platform
Work closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver seamless and impactful solutions
Share ideas, ask questions, and learn from teammates who are excited to help you grow
Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices in cloud computing, AI, and software development

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of professional software development experience, with expertise in Java or Python
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
Prior experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
Ability to work in-person from our Bellevue Headquarters
Ability to work on-call rotations
Ability to work collaboratively through ambiguity, with urgency, patience, and good humor
Preferred
Knowledge of supply chain systems or logistics is a plus
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and techniques (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) or real-time data streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink)
Experience tinkering with side projects, open-source contributions, or anything that shows you love to build and learn
