Responsibilities

Support contracts close out tasks including reconciliations, research into costs, and analysis of financial impacts

Interface with the Contracts Operations team, the Billings team, Program Management, and other functions to support efficient contract execution and close-out activities

Provide monthly ATSP Actuals. This includes verifying and analyzing funding, budget and commitments with minimal oversight

Provide routine program financial support to active contracts such as completing EACs, Forecasting, Planning, and monthly reporting

Support ad hoc requirements from Internal and External customers

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Defense Industry experience and knowledge of government contracting

Financial acumen and creating working relationships cross-functionally

Experience working with business systems and tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office
