You need be able to clearly communicate
Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner
Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them
Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room
Contributing to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed
Answering phones and assisting guests with call-ahead seating or to go orders
Qualification
Required
Charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented
Strong communicators who are both personable and perceptive
Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment
