Trinity Health is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their Community Hospice team. The role involves performing accounting and analytical functions, including month-end reconciliations and reporting, while collaborating closely with home care and pace teams.

Responsibilities

Month end Revenue/AR reconciliation between the Epic billing system and general ledger
General ledger review, analytics and reconciliation for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Month end reporting with Corporate Finance team within deadlines set
Reporting of monthly statistics
Annual reporting including cost reports, utilization reports, audits, IRS filings
Overseeing AP to ensure appropriate expense coding and timeliness of processing
Backup to Hospice Foundation Financial Analyst and SNF Billing reconciliation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
2-3 years of accounting or analyst work in an office environment helpful (this is an in-office position)
