Department Coordinator & Inventory Admin
Heritage Auctions is one of the nation’s fastest-growing auction houses, focusing on treasured collectibles. The Department Coordinator & Inventory Admin is responsible for entering and monitoring World & Ancient Coins inventory, administering modern coin programs, and processing and tracking consignments.

Responsibilities
Process purchase orders and conduct price verification
Receive and process consignments
Communicate with clients on direct web sales
Inputs item information into the inventory system accurately for tracking
Assists in scheduling, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting physical inventories within the required time
Qualification
Required
Must be highly proficient in basic Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
High ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail
High willingness to learn with a positive attitude
Preferred
Experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Coordinator is preferred but not required
