They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Automotive Sales Director to lead sales operations across multiple locations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Implement comprehensive group-wide sales strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share, with a focus on the unique needs of the Virginia market

Collaborate with General Managers at each dealership to set individual and group sales targets and monitor performance regularly

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across dealerships

Provide mentorship and coaching to General Managers and sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development

Work with General Managers to ensure optimal staffing levels, training programs, and inventory management at each dealership, considering regional preferences and seasonality

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and community partners across Virginia

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team, with a focus on local and regional trends

Oversee the implementation of group-wide sales processes
