Responsibilities

Set and execute the long-term Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals

Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

Own architecture, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce clouds

Drive adoption through change management and governance

Integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and billing systems

Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation

Required

Significant experience of using Salesforce

Experience in a leadership role
