Responsibilities
Lead by example and actively participate in safety and housekeeping improvement initiatives
Drive projects that enhance productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring proper prioritization and execution
Learn troubleshooting techniques and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry
Improve technical skills through the Manufacturing Academy and targeted learning opportunities
Work on key areas to ensure efficient and reliable production processes
Build a professional network by connecting with peers and other graduate engineers across Essity
Observe production processes, collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Strong interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
Familiarity with process control and TPM is a plus
