Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software support projects
Work closely with developers, technical support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
Participate in a variety of planning and milestone meeting with Support staff
Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
Support CourseLeaf initiatives by understanding project requirements and collaborating with other departments on certain tasks
Utilize internal tools to track progress of projects and communicate statuses as needed

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of project management methodologies and processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
