Postdoctoral Scholar - Pediatrics

Investigating the underlying molecular mechanisms by which 3D genome topology controls the hematopoietic transcription program and lineage differentiation in normal and malignant hematopoiesis
Delineating the role of long noncoding RNAs in regulating CTCF boundary function during hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis
Epigenetic and transcriptional regulation of hematopoietic stem cell function
Qualification
Required
PhD or MD/PhD degree in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, mouse genetics or a related field
Evidence of prior productive scientific work in the form of publications in peer-reviewed journals
Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
Preferred
Prior experience in the study of gene regulation, hematopoiesis, and/or use of mouse models
